• Quickly become an expert in AI tools for content (writing, video and images), and how you can leverage them to have a massive impact with a small team

• Use AI tools to draft & design, while bringing the human touch, and Web3/AI cultural knowhow that brings our content to life

• Craft threads, articles, explainers, videos, memes, and updates that deeply resonate with Web3 & AI communities

• Track all your efforts carefully, and offer your analysis on how each piece of content performs

• Strong writing + editing skills

• Deep feel for Web3 culture and AI trends

• Comfort with working fast, experimenting, and iterating 

• Competitive nature in improving engagement KPIs (retention, interactions, session time)

• 3–5 years in content, editorial, or community roles (Web3, AI, or tech strongly preferred).

• Strong portfolio of writing (threads, blogs, explainers, or thought leadership).

• Deep familiarity with crypto culture and AI discourse — you understand the memes, the narratives, and the signals.

• Bonus: experience using AI content tools (text, image, audio/video).
